Albacete will host Minimal “Haute cuisine in miniature” VI Congress, from 22nd to 24th April, which will be attended by a hundred professional hoteliers. An appointment that will turn this city into the capital of this type of cuisine and will contribute to improving the training of professionals in the sector in this specialty.

There will be master classes by prestigious chefs such as Ramón Lapuyade and Pepe Ron, National Contest of Pinchos and Tapas in Valladolid, last edition, champions; Manuel Eduardo, Spanish Design Top Champion at Madrid Fusión 2018; Iñaki Rodaballo, 2014 National Contest of Pinchos and Tapas of Valladolid champion; Joxean Calvo, Pintxos de Gipuzkoa and Product Award of the Basque Country champion; Diego Herrero, National Championship of Pinchos y Tapas Ciudad de Valladolid 2016 champion; Nicolás Sánchez Chica, Tapas Granada 2017 champion; Iñaki and Koldo Kortabitarte, Pintxos de Bizkaia 2017 champions; and Gorka Aguinaga, chef at Iruñazarra, Pamplona, ​​best Pintxos Bar in Euskal Herria.

But there will also be parallel activities for the general public such as ‘Minimal Junior’; a cooking workshop that will be attended by 80 children between 7 and 12 years old imparted by chef Felix Manso.
