15 Jan Gastrofestival, a party for the senses in Madrid
The ninth edition of Gastrofestival fills Madrid with good gastronomy and many artistic disciplines that will turn the capital into a feast for the senses, with special menus (also designed for people with intolerances or allergies), culinary routes, cooking courses.
From January 20th to February 4th, and organized by the City of Madrid, 450 establishments and institutions (restaurants, cocktail bars, cooking schools, gourmet and household stores, museums, art galleries or fashion stores) become in this initiative that offers a complete program with several large blocks:
Gastronomic, Gastroculture, Sensory Experiences, Enoculture, Gastrofashion, Gastrosalud and Gastrofestival Solidario (to help people with less resources). A new section Gastrobocatas (gourmet sandwiches) and GastroDeco (handicrafts brought to the kitchen and tasting will also be released) of Architectural Tapas, organized by the Official College of Architects of Madrid).
The Conde Duque Cultural Center will once again be one of the main cultural venues of Gastrofestival Madrid. It will host activities such as BarrocoGlam, cheese & wine, a tasting of cheese and wine accompanied by expert artisan opinions and the music of Ars Divina.
There are several interesting things to note: the Museum of Decorative Arts will organize a guided tour of its Valencian kitchens and the municipal markets will be turned over again with interesting proposals that will offer gastronomic workshops and special tapas, tastings and tastings.
